We are a family business offering six personally managed quality holiday homes all of which have been lived in by members of the family, or have close family connections.
Regent Cottage Harrogate, North Yorkshire is a small period town house within 5 minutes of the town centre accommodating up to 6 persons.
Our five Suffolk properties are in the Woodbridge area:
Anvil Cottage and The Old Forge, both at Melton each accommodating 4 persons. The village offers local shopping and public transport facilities.
We have 3 holiday homes at Robin's Nest, Dallinghoo which is a rural location:
- The Cottage being a 16th Century thatched timber cottage providing accommodation for up to 6 persons
- The Carpenter's Shop, a quality timber framed conversion with tiled roof sleeping 5 persons
- Wheelwright's, a timber framed building with tiled roof sleeping 2/3 persons.

All the properties are four star rated and offer a high standard of furnishings and equipment throughout.

We provide bed linen (duvets, towels and tea towels, etc.) all electricity and gas are fully inclusive and where applicable fuel for open and wood burners.

Each property is fully self contained and provides the privacy of a private garden and parking. We have fully illustrated and detailed brochures available on request.
